Senior Sales Executive – Lagos at Aman HMO

Aman HMO is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership of regional revenue performance, drive aggressive enrollee growth, and expand our market share across key territories.
This is a high-impact, high-accountability leadership position with direct responsibility for regional revenue, sales execution, and market expansion. The Regional Head will lead sales teams and channel partners, unlock new revenue opportunities, deepen relationships with key accounts, and translate strategy into measurable top-line growth. Success in this role is defined by numbers, market penetration, and sustained revenue performance, not activity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for regional Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Technical Support teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and strong cross-functional relationships.
Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategies, in collaboration with the Managing Director/CEO, to achieve revenue targets, budget objectives, and market expansion goals.
Drive proactive acquisition of new corporate and individual enrollees while ensuring strong retention through effective renewal management and account stewardship.
Oversee regional product positioning and go-to-market strategies in partnership with the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with enrollee needs and market dynamics.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and untapped markets within the region to support sustainable growth.
Manage key enrollee, partner, and stakeholder relationships to ensure service delivery meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Monitor and optimize regional sales, support, and operational processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.
Oversee the performance of sales agents, distributors, and partners, ensuring alignment with targets, brand standards, and company objectives.
Ensure high-quality, timely technical and customer support for enrollees, using enrollee feedback and insights to continuously improve service delivery.
Track regional performance against agreed objectives, assess competitive threats, and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director/CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong track record in sales leadership and revenue growth
At least 5 years of experience in Health Insurance Sales
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
Ability to manage teams and deliver results across regions
Strategic thinker with strong market insight
