We’re seeking a skilled and analytical Management Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide data-driven financial insights, prepare budgets and forecasts, and support strategic decision-making to enhance business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Monitor and control costs, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
Conduct variance and profitability analysis across products and departments
Develop financial models to support strategic and investment decisions
Collaborate with department heads on performance targets and cost optimization
Provide actionable insights to management to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACA/ACCA or CMA preferred)
Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and use of ERP systems (ERPNEXT is a plus)
Excellent Excel skills and sound knowledge of IFRS.
