The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide young graduates with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the company’s operations. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and rotational assignments aimed at developing future professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning across departments.
Support day-to-day operations under the supervision of senior staff.
Assist in research, data collection, and reporting tasks.
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and commitment to learning.
Complete all assigned projects and meet performance milestones.
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline (Engineering, Sciences, Business, or Social Sciences).
Must have completed NYSC.
0–1 year post-NYSC experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within a structured work environment.
