Job Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests expect. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all guest rooms and common areas are immaculately maintained to provide a positive experience for every visitor.

Duties Include:

You will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing all types of flooring throughout the motel. This includes both residential-style floors in guest rooms and high-traffic areas in common spaces. Your attention to detail will ensure that every surface meets our cleanliness standards.

Furniture Maintenance

Dusting and polishing all furniture in guest rooms and common areas is another key responsibility. This includes tables, chairs, dressers, and any other decorative or functional furniture. Proper dusting techniques will help maintain the appearance and longevity of our furnishings.

Bedroom Preparation

Making beds and changing linens is a central part of this role. You will ensure that all guest rooms have fresh, clean, and properly made beds with crisp linens. This includes changing pillowcases, sheets, bedspreads, and any other bedding materials according to our established protocols.

Linen Management

You will be responsible for stocking the linen closet with an adequate supply of clean linens, towels, and other amenities. This includes monitoring inventory levels and ordering additional supplies as needed to ensure we never run out during peak periods.

Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning

Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing all kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances is essential. This includes sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, counters, and any other surfaces in these areas. Special attention will be given to high-touch surfaces to ensure proper hygiene.

Specialized Cleaning

The position includes disinfecting operating rooms and other specialized areas as needed. This requires following specific protocols and using appropriate cleaning solutions to ensure these areas meet health and safety standards.

Guest Services

Additional Housekeeping Duties
