Import & Export Supervisor at GIG Logistics

Handle end-to-end import and export operations, including air, sea, and land shipments
Prepare, review, and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations
Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers
Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal teams
Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and documentation discrepancies
Calculate duties, taxes, and logistics costs accurately
Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions
Liaise with customs authorities for clearance and inspections
Support audits and internal compliance checks
