Senior Store Supervisor will oversee the complete inventory life cycle, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and return of all electromechanical components, spare parts, and finished goods. 
 Implement and maintain a robust stock management system, ensuring accurate perpetual inventory records through cycle counting and annual physical inventories.
Enforce strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures within the store.
Liaise directly with project managers and field service engineers to understand their material requirements and ensure kitting and staging for specific projects.

REQUIREMENTS.

Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse supervision, within an engineering industrial automation, or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing a team.
