LAPO Microfinance Bank is a pro-poor financial institution committed to the social and economic empowerment of low-income households through provision of access to responsive financial services on a sustainable basis. The Institution was established in the late 1980s as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) by Godwin Ehigiamusoe in response to the effects of the implementation of the Structural Adjustment Programme (SAP) in 1986.
In 2010, LAPO MfB obtained the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to operate as a state microfinance bank and in 2012, it got an approval as a national microfinance bank. Over the years, LAPO MfB has emerged as a leading institution delivering a range of financial services to over a million people in Nigeria.

Job Details
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transport bank staff, executives, and authorized personnel to official assignments.
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off in line with approved schedules.
Maintain strict confidentiality of bank operations, staff movements, and sensitive information.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
Ensure timely servicing, preventive maintenance, and prompt reporting of faults.
Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and other required documentation.
Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, registration, road-worthiness) are valid at all times.
Strictly comply with road safety regulations and the bank’s security policies.
Practice defensive driving and promptly report incidents in line with bank procedures.
Provide logistical and administrative support as assigned by the Head of Administration or designated authority.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum: SSCE
OND/NCE is an added advantage
Certification: Valid Driver’s License (appropriate class) & Clean driving record
Experience: Minimum of 5 years professional driving experience.
