Review and evaluate loan/credit applications in line with company credit policies.
Conduct credit analysis, background checks, and verification of customer information.
Approve, recommend, or decline credit requests based on risk assessment.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate customer credit records.
Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Work closely with sales, finance, and recovery teams to ensure smooth credit operations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and guidance on credit-related matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
ND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in credit analysis, lending, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of credit processes and risk assessment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
