QA/QC Field Supervisor at Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company

As QAQC Field Supervisor, you will support the QAQC Field Specialist in ensuring effective quality checks of post-metering activities across Business Units.
You’ll contribute to:
Ensure resolution of all technical and non-technical metering issues within 72 hours of escalation.
Prepare weekly field plans based on quality oversights and exception escalations.
Investigate assigned customer metering complaints and provide technical reports and recommendations.
Ensure proper documentation of daily field activities using CWA and CRM platforms.
Conduct quality checks on NMD field metering activities across Business Units.
Escalate critical issues to relevant teams including BU Vigilance and QAQC Surveillance.
Support commercial loss reduction initiatives related to metering.
Contribute to survey and installation quality evaluation processes.

Technical Competencies
Basic knowledge of industry regulatory requirements and energy accounting/auditing.
Strong understanding of metering infrastructure and functionality.
Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring and cable specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimum Requirement

You will serve as a key link between field operations and quality compliance ensuring metering activities meet defined standards while reducing technical and commercial risks.
This role directly reports to the QAQC Field Specialist.. Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social science or Engineering.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 -3 years of relevant work experience in the electricity sector, metering, or energy management
