We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate operational activities within a fashion design and garment production environment.
The ideal candidate will optimize resources, manage processes, and ensure effective collaboration across departments to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize resources across operational and production functions.
Oversee finance-related operations, budgeting, and reporting.
Coordinate and synergize systems, departments, and production workflows.
Oversee day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of fashion products.
Work closely with designers, production teams, and tailors to align operations with creative output.
Support strategic and operational decision-making.
Manage teams, supervise staff performance, and drive productivity.
Support HR, payroll, and general administrative operational functions.
Person Specifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field is required. PGD is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an operations or management role within the fashion, garment, textile, or apparel industry.
Strong background or practical understanding of fashion design and garment production processes.
Strong finance and commercial awareness.
High level of process discipline and system orientation.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong strategic and operational thinking capability.
