We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in cloud services, IT solutions, or technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Present and demonstrate Transnet Cloud solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align client needs with service offerings.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Mentor and support junior sales team members where necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years proven experience in sales, preferably in cloud computing, IT solutions selling or SaaS.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage large accounts and complex deals or sales cycles and a robust pipeline of enterprise relationship.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
