On-boarding of new customers and retention of existing ones
Growing the bank’s loan portfolio and deposit mobilization.
Maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure consistent portfolio growth.
Documentation, evaluation, and processing of loan applications for management approval.
Driving the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly caseload and disbursement targets.
Post-disbursement loan monitoring and ensuring prompt repayment.
Ensuring full compliance with the bank’s credit policy.
Prompt recovery of loans in arrears, ensuring the set limits are not exceeded.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years work experience.
Must have good computer knowledge
Must have good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Interpersonal relationship-building,
Great negotiationskills
Problemsolving, attention to detail, integrity, entrepreneurship mindset.
