The Front Desk at our office in Lagos will be responsible for providing excellent front desk and administrative support to the office.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries.
Coordinate office activities and ensure the front desk area is well-organized.
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Handle office supplies, inventory, and order necessary items when required.
Ensure the office premises are clean and well-maintained.
Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements
Education:
University graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Front Desk/Admin Officer or similar role is a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service-oriented with a welcoming demeanor.
