2D/3D Motion Designer at Bloom Digital Media

Ability to transform fiat graphic concepts into high-impact
2D and 3D animations for social media, ads, and web.
Ability to take a brief from a "blank page" to a full storyboard, mapping out the narrative before you hit render.
Ability to build, texture, and light 3D assets and environments using Cinema 4D or Blender.
Ability to apply the 12 Principles of Animation to ensure every movement has weight, rhythm, and professional "polish."
Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential.
Ability to Develop motion identities (intros, outros, and transitions) that keep client brands consistent and recognizable.
Ability to work closely with designers and copywriters to "activate" their work through cinematic storytelling.
