We are looking for qualified Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) to drive sales of Solar Home Systems (SHS) within the listed territories.
Key Responsibilities
Drive SHS sales and market expansion within assigned territory
Manage agents, leads, and customer pipeline
Conduct product demos and community activations
Support customer onboarding and documentation
Collaborate with technical and collections teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a solar energy company
Proven experience in Solar Home Systems (SHS) sales
Must reside in and have strong knowledge of Barutten, Offa/Oro, or Gbugbu/Lafiagi
Strong territory management and grassroots sales experience
Ability to meet monthly sales targets
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Basic understanding of SHS installation and after-sales processes.
