Attend to customers promptly and professionally across all business units.
Provide accurate product information and guide customers on pharmacy, supermarket, electronics, and food items.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and service issues courteously and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly service area.
Support sales operations by directing customers, processing requests, and escalating issues where necessary.
Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for improvement.
Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with Mopheth’s service standards.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
1–2 years customer service or retail experience (FMCG, pharmacy, hospitality is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism and patience.
Basic computer literacy (POS experience is a plus).
