Our MissionJob Summary 

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Manager to join our real estate and property management team.

 Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
Rent collection, service charge administration, and reporting to property owners.
Tenant management, inspections, and compliance with lease terms.
Preparation of property management reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

BSc or HND in Estate Management and Valuation from a recognized institution
Advanced training and hands-on experience in managing multi-residential and commercial properties.
Strong knowledge of tenancy administration, rent collection, service charge management, and property maintenance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
