Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies. This is a full-time, permanent position with an hourly wage of $43.00 for 30 hours per week. The role is based on-site at our Brampton location (L6R 0Z7) and offers the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about real estate and digital marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes. You will create and implement effective communication strategies and programs, while also evaluating their performance and making necessary adjustments. The role involves overseeing the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content, ensuring all materials meet our high standards of quality and professionalism.
Marketing Strategy Development
You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector. This includes conducting comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, designing market research questionnaires, and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. Your insights will help shape our marketing approach and drive business growth.
Content Creation
As part of your role, you will prepare written material such as reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles. You will also assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven and effective.
Public Relations
You will act as a spokesperson for our organization, representing Save Max Bulls Realty in various media and public forums. This includes initiating and maintaining contact with the media, preparing and delivering educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions, and conducting public opinion and attitude surveys to gauge market response.
Event Coordination
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and generate leads. You will develop policies related to marketing and communication, administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, and provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
Research and Analysis
You will conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development potential and future trends. Additionally, you will prepare bibliographies, indexes, reading lists, guides, and other finding aids to support our marketing initiatives.
