Inclusion is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their Integrated Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team at HMYOI Werrington. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RMN looking to advance and diversify their career in prison healthcare. Job Responsibilities
As a Senior RMN, you will provide evidence-based interventions and manage a caseload. You will undertake assessments and reviews and act as a care coordinator using the Care Programme Approach. The role requires effective communication with all parties involved in the care of people in custody up to release. You will work collaboratively with individuals, carers, and other professionals to contribute to the delivery of an effective, dynamic, integrated mental health and substance misuse service.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- Registered MH Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register
- Evidence of recent CPD and compliance with NMC revalidation
- Teaching Certificate including annual update (ENB 603) or related mentoring/coaching qualification
Essential Experience
- Considerable experience of working in the mental health field
- Experience of providing specialist interventions for those with mental health problems, including counselling techniques, CBT, and motivational interviewing
- Experience of providing supervision and line management of staff
